Muscle Building Questions - How Long To
See Results From Training
Question: I just began a fitness plan a little over 2 weeks ago, and I
was wondering how long it will take for me to see results. The plan: Weights (10
machines) 3 times per week. Cardio 5 times per week, 2 days of 40-60 min. and
3 days (when I also do weights) of 20-30 min, usually burning between 300 and
500 calories. I have not been watching what I eat But I generally eat healthy
foods. When will The plan have an effect? I weighed 158 2 weeks ago, The only
change is I gained 2 pounds!
Answer: Too see results, it takes on average of about 4-6 weeks. Everyone
is different though and some people see results faster while others may take a
little longer. The biggest factor is not to get discouraged and stay focused.
All The hard work will pay off. Your workout plan looks really good.
I was recommend really focusing on your diet. This is critical for losing body
fat.
