I'm trying to lose weight from my arms since they are way too fat. I'm very self conscious of them and need to know what types of exercises are the best to tone and tighten them?

I recommend two different forms of training to tighten and tone your arms. The first is high rep biceps and triceps exercises to build lean muscle tissue in your arms. Here are the best exercises I recommend:

TRICEPS

You should also incorporate cardio training into your plan to burn the fat and also tone your arms while exercising. The best exercise is jumping rope. Start off very slow and try for 10 minutes. Work your way up to 25-30 minutes and you will start seeing amazing results. Jumping rope is one of the best overall body workouts and burns major calories!
