Muscle Building Questions - Over Developed Chest Muscles

fitness-advice Question:
I have over developed chest muscles and would like to try and flatten my chest. What is the best way to target this area?

fitness-advice Answer:
To flatten out your chest, your best option is to lighten the load on your exercises. Drop the weight down a little and focus on a higher rep range like 12-15 reps. This should tone up your chest without making the area larger. You might also want to focus on more "shaping movements" versus ones for mass. Instead of bench press, try flat bench flyes.
