Muscle Building Questions - One Side Developing More Than Other

fitness-advice Question:
I've been lifting weights three days a week for about 4 months with great results. However, my left side is developing more than my right side and I'm right handed. My left chest, biceps and triceps are more developed and "cut" than the right side. What can I do to make my body more symmetrical?

fitness-advice Answer:
Although genetics can play a very large role in your overall physique symmetry, you may want to train with Hammer Strength machines which allow you to really isolate a specific muscle group. You can train your right pec, or biceps very well with these types of machines. Just make sure to add a few extra reps for your weak body part. So, you can do an extra 3-4 reps when doing curls or chest press. You can also do this using dumbbells instead of the Hammer Strength machines.
