Muscle Building Questions - Coffee Drinking At Young Age

I'm 13 and I drink coffee every single day in the morning and sometimes twice. Is it OK or may it cause some problems ?

I recommend cutting out the coffee and switching to green tea. It's much healthier for you. Here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:
