Muscle Building Questions - Bulking Cycles
& Cutting Cycles
Question: I have been doing weight training exercises 7 times a week to
get big. I work each muscle group separately each day. I don't have a question
about that, my question is I do not do any cardio whatsoever. My method is weight
training for mass for 6 months, then endurance by during cardio and high reps
to get the cuts, and the body for 3-5 months. Is this method a good one to use?
I hear that's what bodybuilders use.
Answer: Sure, these are the basics of the mass building and cutting phases
for bulking up and leaning out. Just make sure not to add too much body fat during
the mass phase and not lose too much muscle during the cutting phase. Its takes
time to fine tune your plan but stick with it and you will learn quickly how your
body reacts.
